There is no cost to eligible employees, pensioners and dependents (participants) for the initial assessment or short-term counseling services provided by the EAP. EAP records DO NOT become part of an employee's personal file. It will not be disclosed to anyone without the individual's specific written consent, except in cases of imminent threat of harm to self or others, or as otherwise: required by law or court order. Information shared with the EAP is confidential.
